Today I’m thrilled to announce that Music Interactive is now part of the growing F# family!

Over the course of the last few months, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Trey Shelton and the team from Music Interactive. Though this is a very young industry, in fact F# just celebrated its second birthday, Music Interactive has been in the digital music advertising space for the last eight years. They’ve specialized in reward-based advertising on a number of the country’s leading digital music services including MySpace Music, Pandora, VEVO, and Shazam, as well as publishers and ad partners including CBS Interactive and TargetSpot.

Music Interactive comes to F# with a deep foundation in music and online advertising and a great reputation from their years of operation and successful business relationships.

Music Interactive’s product suite complements and extends the list of ad products F# offers to its customers. Music Interactive’s popular Music Downloader instantly rewards users for their time by receiving a song, ticket or more with a click of a button. This fits in naturally with our other ad products like the Playlist Enhancer and Crowdsourced Playlist that reward fans with a playlist.

But of course, a company is only as good as the individuals working diligently behind the scenes to make it shine. Trey and his team come with years of experience in music and technology, and add themselves to the growing F# team, building on our technology backbone, supporting insights into our products, and growing our customer base.

I’m excited for the opportunity to work with a great team like Music Interactive and continue to push the boundaries with F#. Digital music advertising is still very much in a nascent stage, and F# has a tremendous opportunity to be the brains and tech to help brands connect to their consumers through music.
